EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Employees do not exist in a vacuum. Their performance on the job can be affected by outside events they carry with them to work. This program, offered to the employee and his/her family, at no cost to the employee, seeks to resolve personal problems before they impact work performance. Services include:
- Counseling
- Referrals
- Assessments
