GROUP FITNESS

Step Aerobics: A high intensity workout using an adjustable step. Cardio segment is followed by toning.

Cardio Box: Combination of punches, kicks, jumping rope and strength training fro a fun, energetic and easy to follow workout. Class will use boxing gloves and mitts for a high intensity awesome workout!

Cardio combo/strength fusion: A cardio combo class with an extra 15 minutes on the end for strength training.

Spinning: Group exercise on a stationary bike. This class offers strength, interval, and aerobic ride. Perfect for all fitness levels as you "ride your own ride" Please sign up in advance at the Wellness Desk. Bring a water bottle and towel and arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so that the instructor can assist with setting up your bike specifically for your needs.

Spinning/Core fusion:A full spinning cardio workout, followed by 5-10 minutes of exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles and make you even stronger. Check the schedule for days and times.

Spinning Weight Loss Program: This 8 week program combines the coaching, camaraderie and calorie-burn of the Spinning Program with a step-by-step nutrition plan that makes it easy to make healthy choices every day. With coaching from a certified Spinning Instructor, a week-by-week manual and a handy daily log book, the 8 week program will help you achieve a lasting lifestyle change.

Toning Express: a 30 minute toning and strengthening class using the Swiss ball, weights, tubing, steps, barbells and more.

High Intensity Low Impact and conditioning: Low impact but high intensity aerobics followed by strengthening and toning exercises.

Women's Strength & Stretch: Do you enjoy working out in a group setting: This program supervised by a wellness specialist, and designed for women, will offer a different stretching and strengthening workout each day with all of the components of a complete exercise program. Friday is always dedicated to Abdominal and low back strengthening.

Basic Hatha Yoga: Includes postures, deep breathing and meditation and will increase your flexibility, strength, endurance and mental focus along with your well being.

Advanced Yoga: Once you have mastered the basic poses take it a step further in this advanced class. Inversion poses will be practiced in this class. Class size limited to 8 participants. There is no charge for this class.

Mat Pilates: An incredible strengthening program that is taking the country by storm. This method focuses on your core muscles, increasing strength and stability of the abdominals, buttocks, back and legs.

Seniors Variety Class: This class, designed for members over 50, will include a multitude of activities, using different equipment including ball, bands, disks and weights to improve overall fitness.

PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise): A certified instructor leads the participants through a series of ranges of motion exercises designed specifically for individuals with limited mobility due to arthritis, fibromyalgia and other limiting diseases. Participants will experience increased range of motion, strength and endurance.

Lunch Crunch/ Express Workout:A total body workout utilizing cardiovascular activity and strength training in interval time segments. Each class will vary combining aerobics, step, kick-box, BOSU, weights, bands, balls and your own body weight to give a heart pumping, muscle toning workout in only 30 minutes. Great for people who are working out on limited time.

Cardio Blast: A full class of just fat and calorie burning cardiovascular exercise to get you started in the morning. This class will consist of whatever the instructor can dream up to keep you moving.

Pure Cardio: Just what it says, a full class of cardiovascular exercise. The format will vary and we guarantee you will burn fat and calories in this 50 minute class.

Hard Core: a 30 minute class designed to challenge your "core" with a variety of exercises and equipment.

Yogalates: This class features the best of yoga and Pilates all in one class with 2 awesome instructors.

Muscle Maxx: This is the revolutionary new weight training workout in a group fitness setting using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivation music. Muscle MAXX is a simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones, and defines every major muscle group in your body....ideal for beginners right through to experienced exercisers.

Interval Training: This class uses high intensity work intervals and low intensity rest intervals to give you an incredible workout. A very intense class.
