Admissions and Referrals
Referrals to the DeBakey Heart Institute may be initiated by the primary care physician or other allied health professional. Communication with the primary care physician is maintained throughout the treatment process, with the ultimate goal of returning patients to their local physician for on-going-care
We also accept self referrals.
