The Center for Health Improvement is home to clinical services and the wellness center. Clinical services provided include: a Hand Care Center, High Plains Sports Medicine, Massage Therapy, Occupational Health, Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, Psychological Services, Sleep Disorder Center, Work Smart and Southwind Surgical. The Wellness Center offers community members the opportunity to enhance their health status through a variety of programs, group classes, and state of the art equipment. Whether you are new to the exercise regime, being discharged from the outpatient setting or a top-level athlete The Center for Health Improvement can help you with a plan for lifelong wellness.
Operating Hours:
Monday -Thursday 5:00am - 10:00pm
Friday 5:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday 6:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm
